LATEST TECHNIQUES & FACILITIES

New developments, process improvement and treatment techniques are introduced wherever possible to strengthen capability or enhance quality. Recent additional services include a fully automated Zinc line and a semi-automated Anodising line, dramatically increasing our capacity.

Included in these improvements, our newly appointed laboratory enables continued close control of our plating solutions.  The comprehensive in-house facilities also allows us to monitor all stages of work processing, whilst the new touch pad controlled water treatment/effluent plant ensures de-mineralised running water at all rinse stations
